5 jumping knee tucks
This is a five minute wod not a two minute workout with three minutes of rest.

Metcon (Weight)

12 Min EMOM with a Kettlebell

3 single Romanian leg DL (straight leg, 3 reps each leg)

3 Goblet Squats
Choose a weight that will be challenging. Take your time on the DL using proper form. It’s a waste of time if you don’t do it right.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Minute AMRAP

1 wall walk

8 RX + box jumps (one rep= air squat, box jump)

10 push ups

15 superman’s (back extension on floor)
