20 alt goblet side lunge 44/26

25 foot handstand walk

200 m run
*for side lunge- focus on pushing the hips back to avoid putting stress on the knee. Depth is according to mobility. Challenge yourself but use good form.

*HS walk scale- 25 second HS hold- can add shoulder touches for an extra challenge.
