Reminder- no 5 am class Thursdays.  9 am will be toning class.  Open 16.2 will be released at 6 pm! Friday the programmed wod will be whatever is released.

 

Strength

  • EMOM for 16 min
  • 0dd- 5 deadlifts-80%
  • Even- 7 strict pull ups

 

Conditioning-

Death by 10 m run

  • *increase by 10 m each minute.  You must touch the line with your hand until you pass minute 10.

Anyone that needs to sub rowing for running will be doing 14 minutes of 1 min ME row 1 min off.
