Warm-up

1 minute of jogging in place

10 lunges (5 per leg)

5 push ups

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

*body weight

1 wall walk or 3 push ups

10 squat jacks

10 chair dips

* weights

1 wall walk

7 front rack db,kb or weighted squat jacks

7 chair dips with weight on hips

5 Min ME

weighted sit up to standing, scale is regular sit ups (use light

weights, can be anything)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3 Min AMRAP

cleans (use wallball, plate, db, kbs, dish, pot, milk jug, child or anything you can hold)
