*All PM classes will be done open gym style. Come in any time between 4:30-7:30, warm up and do the wod.  The workout will be done in heats all evening.  Child care will still be available from 4:30-6:30.  All morning classes will be business as usual.

 

Conditioning

WORKOUT 16.5

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:

  • Thrusters
    Burpees

Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.

  • Scaled 65/45
