CrossFit Queen Creek – CrossFit



As you are aware, your overall health and fitness is our top priority. This is a unique time and things are moving quickly. It can be confusing and stressful, and we know that the gym is a place that many of you come for stress relief. Furthermore, working out and being fit and healthy is essential to maintaining a strong immune system.

In order to ensure everyone’s continued health and safety, we’d like to outline the community standards that we have in place to achieve this end.

✅ Classes will continue as scheduled until otherwise reported.

✅Wipe down your gear and area before and after you workout. Cleaning supplies will be provided. Ask your coach if you need assistance or if something needs to be replenished.

✅Wash your hands regularly. Use hot water, and wash for 20 seconds. Dry your hands thoroughly.

✅If you display ANY symptoms please stay home. Err on the side of caution for your own benefit and that of the community.

✅If you are currently recovering from another illness, not even COVID-19, please stay home for an extra 48 hours.

✅ We have complied a document with several at home workouts for you do if you are opting to stay inside. These are posted in our community facebook group. If you do not have facebook, please shoot us an email and we will forward you the document.

✅If you would like to take your workout to the outdoors, we are organizing daily hikes in the san tan mountains. We will be carpooling from the gym. Please check facebook for the hike dates/times

We’re determined to stay open and provide you a safe place to relieve stress and stay fit. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact Shawn or Kristina or speak to any of the coaches.
