A. 400 m sandbag run

B. amrap

1 rope climb

5 thrusters 135/95

9 burpees

C. rest

1 person at each station. When partner at station A gets back, they immediately go to amrap and take over where the previous person left off. Amrap partner goes to rest. Rest partner goes to run. Sore is total ROUNDS and reps accumulated by each person.
