Sled drag teammate determines work time. Once sled drag partner returns, they go to row. Rowing partner goes to amrap, amrap partner goes to amrap.
Score is total complete rounds of amrap and calories (which will be counted as 1 rep per calorie)
Determine a challenging sled drag weight. Hard but doable without too many breaks.
