Back Squat

  • 5×5- 102.5% of 5 RM

 

Conditioning:

5 rounds

  • 30 DU’s
  • 10 T2B
  • 10 HSPU
  • Rest 30 seconds between rounds

After your last round rest 1 min

Then

  • 2 min ME burpees

Score for the day is total time including rest and total burpees
