20 min amrap with a partner

  • 30 Overhead Squats 135/95
    600 Meter relay Run
    30 Burpees Over Bar
    600 Meter relay Run
    30 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95
    600 Meter relay Run

Break up reps any way you want.  1 person working at a time.  Relay runs can be broken up in 100,200 or 300 m each.
