CrossFit Queen Creek – CrossFit


The first workout of the crossfit open will be released this evening. The open wods will be programmed on Fridays. There will be no weight lifting before the wod. Instead you will have a good warm up and focus on strategy. If you are signed up for the open, you need a coach to judge you during the workout. Friday nights for the next 5 weeks will be Friday Night lights from 5:30-7:30 pm. We will all cheer each other on and maybe go out to dinner afterwards if we’re feeling it. It is a really fun atmosphere so try and at least make it in for a couple of those!! If you have any questions about the open, please ask a coach.
