Strength

Back squat

  • 2×5-80% of 5 RM

 

Conditioning-

4 rounds for time

  • 50 DU’s
  • 15 burpees
  • 60 second rest
  • 150 m sprint
  • 15 pull ups
  • 60 second rest
  • Work time is meant to be done as fast as possible!

 

Core:

5 min amrap

  • 30 grasshoppers
  • 20 bicycles
  • 10 knee pull ins
