Its a five minute wod. Don’t be resting a minute after each set. Find a pace that allows you to keep moving for the full five minutes.
Bench Press (2×30)
Complete unbroken
10 narrow grip, 10 reg grip, 10 snatch grip
keep weight around 50% on first set then add weight on second set. Rest approx five minutes between sets. If you use the right amount of weight its going to burn!
