I was introduced to Crossfit over 3 years ago and have been determined ever since.  Once I started incorporating heavy lifting, the drive I felt to improve continued to grow.  I love watching and helping people meet their fitness goals as well as sharing my journey with others.  Along with Crossfit 5 days a week, I am also a flex dieter and have seen amazing changes in my body and mind over the course of the process.  I even see positive changes in my 2 daughters and husband.
