I was introduced to Crossfit in 2011, right after having my third baby. It quickly became a passion of mine and my love for the sport continues to grow the more I practice it. I love to test the limits of what my body is capable of, and love the sense of accomplishment that comes from meeting personal goals in the box. My desire as a coach at Crossfit Queen Creek is to help others become confident in their abilities as an athlete, to help others learn the mechanics of this sport through proper form and technique; and to help build camaraderie and unity within our Crossfit QC family.
